IMPORTANT NOTICE: By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the puma90 platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") in their entirety. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are permitted to create only one (1) Account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
puma90 is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of our regulatory obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. You must submit a clear, legible photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and a selfie photograph holding your KTP within 72 hours of first deposit. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify puma90 customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. puma90 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
puma90 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, provided that (a) you have completed KYC verification, (b) all active bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled or forfeited, and (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a bank account registered in your name. Processing time is typically 3-10 minutes for bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB, excluding national holidays).
puma90 maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures in compliance with international standards. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal request will be processed. Unusually large deposits, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal patterns, or other suspicious activity may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for additional identity documentation and source-of-funds verification. puma90 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
puma90 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond puma90's control. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). puma90 does not offer currency conversion services.
All bonuses offered by puma90 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration periods. These terms are published on the puma90 website at the time each promotion is made available. By claiming a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the applicable bonus terms.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering" means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Different game types contribute differently to wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 20%. The specific contribution rates are published in each bonus's terms.
puma90 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems or bots, or employing any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds. Any User found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently banned from the platform.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and all winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposit balance (minus any amounts already wagered) will be available for withdrawal.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to puma90's specific sport rules, which are published on the website. Live betting odds are updated in real-time and are subject to change. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. puma90 reserves the right to void any bet placed on obviously incorrect odds (palp able errors).
All slot, table game, and live casino outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of demonstrable technical malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
puma90 offers betting on togel (lottery) draws including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau. All results are based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery operators. puma90 publishes results immediately upon official confirmation. In the rare event of a discrepancy, the official lottery operator's result is considered final and binding.
puma90 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, games, or promotions. These limits are published in the relevant game rules or promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding the published maximum will be capped at the maximum amount.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.
puma90 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) your Account poses a risk to puma90's operations, reputation, or other users; or (d) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
If you wish to voluntarily close your Account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, and any attempts to create a new Account will be blocked. For more information, please see our Responsible Gaming page.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. puma90 is not responsible for any unclaimed balances left in closed accounts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, puma90, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, technical malfunctions, errors in game outcomes (except where caused by proven puma90 negligence), or unauthorized access to your Account.
puma90's total liability to you for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
All content on the puma90 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of puma90 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any puma90 content without express written permission.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Service, you must first contact puma90 customer support via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will make every effort to resolve the issue fairly and promptly, typically within 7 business days.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through internal procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao.
puma90 participates in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services for unresolved complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our appointed ADR provider, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.
puma90 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
